For months I’ve been hearing about a Mad Hatter High Tea. And finally was I able to go try it out for myself. On a sunny Sunday afternoon I arrived at the Westin in Sydney where I got shown to my table. The High Tea’s in the Westin are served at The Bar where you get a lot of natural sunlight with the clear glass ceilings that they have. It was really nice to see the clear blue sky and enjoying my afternoon with the girls.
There are 3 different types of High Tea’s you can choose from:
- A Mad Tea Party is served with teas and coffes for $49
- Down the Rabbit Hole is served with a cocktail for $59
- Ruinart’s Queen of Hearts is served with a flute of R de Ruinart Champagne for $69
There was a really good balance of both sweet and savory treats that you could enjoy for a whole afternoon. My favourite about this high tea was that you could change up the tea’s and coffee’s as much as you like. I loved the attention to detail that the Chef went to in making each of the creations.
For all those of you out there who love high tea or would want to try out a high tea I highly recommend to give the Mad Hatter High tea a try. I had an amazing experience at the Westin with their staff and I’m sure that you will too!
